Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. About us
Albion Events (events.albionwealthservices.com) is operated by Albion Wealth Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09040492), with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom ("Albion", "we", "us", "our"). Albion acts as the ticketing agent for the events listed on this site, which may be organised by Albion, by companies within the Albion group, or by third-party organisers.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, browsing an event page, or purchasing a ticket through this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to purchase tickets. You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
4. Events and tickets
Each event page describes the ticket types available, their price, and the number of tickets remaining. Tickets are limited and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A ticket does not become valid until payment has been confirmed and you have received your ticket confirmation and QR code by email.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency stated on the event page and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Revolut. We do not store your card or bank details; they are handled entirely by Revolut under its own terms and privacy policy. We are notified only once your payment has been authorised or declined.
6. Order confirmation and delivery of tickets
Once your payment is confirmed, your ticket(s) — including a unique QR code for entry — will be emailed to the address you provided and made available on your order confirmation page and, if you have an account, under "My tickets". Please check your details carefully before completing checkout, as tickets are issued to the name and email you provide.
7. Cancellations, refunds and event changes
Except where required by law, ticket sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been confirmed. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, we will contact ticket holders using the email address provided at checkout with information about refunds or transfer to the new date. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs you may incur in connection with an event.
8. Entry conditions and conduct
Entry to an event requires presentation of a valid ticket (QR code or order code) and, where requested, proof of identity. Each ticket may only be used once; a ticket that has already been scanned at entry will not be valid for re-entry. The organiser may refuse admission or remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe, without refund.
9. Ticket resale and transfer
Tickets are personal to the named holder and may not be resold for profit or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. We accept no liability for tickets bought outside this site or from unauthorised resellers.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and the Albion name and marks, is the property of Albion Wealth Services Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Albion's liability to you in connection with a ticket purchase is limited to the price paid for that ticket. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@albionwealthservices.com.
